This is truly shocking --- 1930s-style inhumanity.

I’m ashamed. Furious. Appalled. Horrified. How can we help these hundreds of thousands of people?!!!

I am not versed in constitutional law so I can offer no opinion on the decision based on legal training or experience. However, I question the reason these people, who were accepted into this land of immigrants are now being sent out. Are they suddenly a group that is opposed to or harming the country? If so, there should be a presentation of the information on which this decision was taken. Have the lands they left become safe and they chose to go home? If so, show us the information to understand why this is so. But if these people we welcomed here, a land built by waves of immigrants and at a time when their labor is often needed to advance the general well being are no longer welcomed here admit that the basis appears to be bigoted hatred of the foreigner (which almost all of our families once were). Lies should not be the basis of government any more than sophistry to create a ruling class be a basis of judicial review.

This is like deja vu, all over again.

Jim Petrila is one of the sharpest legal minds that you’ll find, and he is directly on the mark in highlighting the legal myopia and callous indifference that has become a defining trait of this Court’s majority.

This SCOTUS NEEDS TO GO BACK TO LAW SCHOOL .

This should alarm anyone who believes constitutional rights mean something before a person is put on a plane.

TPS holders did what the law asked of them. Many have lived here for decades, worked, raised children, paid taxes, and built communities while their home countries remained unsafe. Now the government may erase that status and begin detention before a court meaningfully examines whether it followed the law.

Just reading this does not make any logical sense to me. I agree with JusticeKagan. This seems like total double speak to me.The only true Americans are the Native Indians. Every person on the un supreme court are descendants of Immigrants. Obviously there is such bias it reeks. Thanks for trying to explain this. Bottom line for me it is bigoted inhumane and cruel.
